AUIRF1010Z International Rectifier represents a family of automotive-qualified MOSFETs for a range of applications requiring low open-channel resistance. These applications include electric power steering, integrated starter-generator systems, pump motor control, DC-DC converters, battery commutators, engine starters internal combustion, hybrid car models, etc. The maximum open channel resistance in new devices is 1.0 mOhm. Moreover transistors are available in the voltage range from 24 V to 100 V, current up to 240 A in the D2PAK SMD housing.
