The BL-L314IRBC series of LEDs represents a line of round LEDs with a diameter of 3 mm with a spherical lens. On the bottom of the case there is a ledge with a diameter of 3.9 mm, designed for ease of installation of the LED. To eliminate the error connecting the LED, the anode has a longer output. The L314 series LEDs are available in two types – with a scattering angle of 60 degrees and a scattering angle of 30 degrees. The light output of these LEDs varies very widely and is displayed in the table. The range of operating temperatures ranges from -40 to +80 degrees.
